Open to all product manufacturers or distributors and service providers in the Philippines that have no pending case in the
Pollution Adjudication Board of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). Application form will be disseminated to
interested companies. It can also be downloaded from the PGP Secretariat official website: www.pcepsdi.org.ph.
Interested company/organization must submit the accomplished PGP application form together with the required
attachments and supporting documents to the PGP Secretariat on or before October 15, 2010. All submitted documents may be validated
on-site by the PGP Technical Committee and Secretariat. Below is the checklist of documents to be submitted:
- Application Form
- Contract
- Proof of payment of the advertising fee
- Product Description and High Resolution Photos (not exceeding 800 dpi)
- Supporting Documents:
- Registration with Intellectual Property Rights Office (if available)
- Environmental Permits (i.e. ECC/CNC, Discharge Permit, Permit to Operate)
- Other relevant government-required business permits and licenses
All qualified entries will be classified accordingly, to include: Green Choice Philippines Awarded Products,
Green Materials, Green Products, Green Components and Green Services.
A pre-screening by the PGP Technical Committee and Secretariat shall be conducted to determine the
classification of entries and evaluation of documents submitted.
The PGP will be published in glossy paper and in full-color. It is estimated to have about 350 pages of
consumer information on products and services as well as program advertisements.
Copy of PGP will be distributed among product contributors, sponsors, partners, government offices,
non-government organizations, local government units and other interested organization or individuals.
The selling price for the PGP is P300.00 per copy.
