The Philippine Green Pages will have the following features:

Advertisements

  1. Back Cover (size 6.5" x 8")

    1. The company who want to advertise should also advertise at least one (1) product/service in the Philippine Green Pages sections.
    2. The back cover page shall only accommodate one(1) company advertisement; it will be on a first-come-first-served basis upon the receipt of payment.

  2. Inside Front or Inside Back Cover (size 6.5" x 8")

    1. The company who would want to advertise should also register at least one of product/service in the Green pages sections.
    2. The inside back cover shall only accommodate one (1) company advertisement. It will be on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

  3. Product Advertisement (size 3" x 4")

    1. Strictly one product per advertisement space will be accommodated
    2. The half-page advertisement will follow a common PGP directory format, classified in categories and presented in alphabetical order.

Schedules

  1. Release of letters of invitations to register in the PGP will be from September1-15, 2010. At the same time, the website will accept on-line registrations and inquiries.

  2. Deadline for submission of all advertisement contacts is on October 15,, 2010. Any new applications will no longer be accepted both on-line and at the PCEPSDI office.

  3. Official Release of the Philippine Green pages is on November 12, 2010. A Book Launch and Press Conference will be held for this occasion.
  4. Delivery Distribution to Advertisers is on from November 15-30, 2010.

  5. Public Distribution in selected stores and bookshops will on November 22, 2010. However, PCEPSDI is not liable to the schedule for which the establishment will choose to release the PGP to its customers.



Payment and Terms and Conditions (Contract)

  1. All advertisement contracts must be paid in full in order to be included in the PGP database, on or before the deadline of submission of applications.

  2. A contract must bear only a single product registration to avoid errors in database. A company may submit several contacts if it will advertise several of its product lines.

  3. The company may pay directly at the PCEPSDI office or deposit the sponsorship and advertising fees at the PCEPSDI bank account:

  4. All checks should be made payable to the Philippine center for Environmental Protection and Sustainbale Development, Inc or PCEPSDI.
